ENTRY AND EXIT


HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO SITE?

When you book a storage container with us you will receive a phone number to call to open the gate. To open the gate simply dial the number and gate will open. No one will answer the call. Only phone numbers that are programmed can open the gate.  




OPENING HOURS


WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

You can assess your storage container  24 hours, 7 Days a week.

Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.00pm


WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?

Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on site, it is unlikely there will be any employees on site when you arrive.




PACKING AND UNLOADING MY STUFF


CAN I DRIVE MY CAR/VAN UP TO THE CONTAINER?

You can drive your car right up to the container to load or offload items. Only first floor containers at our Ealing Site require using a stairs. 

IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?

You should always plan to unload and pack your items by yourself.



BOOKING MY UNIT


CAN I BOOK ONLINE?

Yes you can. Simply follow the online instructions and you can complete your booking.

CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?

Yes, however the lowest available prices are online.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

You can pay using any major debit or credit card, including American Express.


CAN I CANCEL BEFORE I MOVE IN EVEN THOUGH I’VE SENT YOU MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

Yes you can. Cancel your booking any time before your move in date. To cancel your booking, either log in to your Wow Workspaces account online, or call us on 020 3633 0444 . You will not be charged if you cancel before your move in date.

CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT CARD?

Yes you can. Log into your Wow Storage account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No we do not require a deposit.



MOVING OUT


HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I HAVE TO GIVE WHEN I WANT TO MOVE OUT?

We do not require any notice. Please make sure you cancel before your subscription renews for the next month. Payments are non-refundable.

I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

The quickest way to move out is to log into your Wow Storage account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 020 3633 0444

I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?

You can move out at any time. However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.

We are located at Brentham Old Power Station, Western Avenue, Ealing, W5 1HS. This is right next to Hanger Lane roundabout. 


LOCATION OF WOW STORAGE BRENTFORD


WHERE IS WOW STORAGE BRENTFORD FACILITY?

We are located at Transport Avenue, Brentford, TW8 9HF. Easy access from A4 next to Chiswick roundabout. 


LOCATION OF WOW STORAGE WATFORD


WHERE IS WOW STORAGE WATFORD FACILITY?

We are located at Old Mill Road, Kings Langley, WD4 8QT. Perfect access to this location from M25 Junction 19.

We are located at Holywell Lane, Shoreditch, EC2A 2ET. 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station.
